Gabbiano Nero

Visit Gabbiano Nero to peruse a wonderful collection of sculptures and artwork. It's a terrific place to stop either before or after you spend a few minutes soaking up the warm Mediterranean sun and is located in the center of Kamari which is half kilometer away from the beach.

An accommodating store employee will welcome you as soon as you enter Gabbiano Nero and will be pleased to serve without being overbearing. You are free to peruse the incredible assortment of handcrafted sculptures and artwork and choose whatever catches your eye.

The sculptures created by Gabbiano Nero go through a labor-intensive process that includes being fired, glazed, sculpted, covered in sawdust, and cooled in water. The result is a series of exquisitely detailed sculptures that, given the time and work that went into them, are quite affordably priced. You'll find stunningly colored sculptures of people like Alexander the Great and his horse Bucephalus.

You don't have to worry about taking it yourself if you decide to buy something because you can have it transported back home safely and insured. Even if you decide not to buy anything, it's a great place to look around because it resembles a gallery with displays rather than a store. Some reasonably priced products make for incredibly original gifts.
