Despite being relatively short, the Plage de la Milady is a very wide beach. It is a stunning location, brimming with color and relief.

  • Learn about the story behind its christening: Milady Beach is named after Lady Mary Caroline, whose villa, the 'Marbella,' belonged to the 11th count of Pembroke (name of the milady north beach ).

  • Spot the ideal location to surf and play: It is a family-friendly beach with lifeguards and is well-known for bodyboarding and surfing. The 'Milady' spot works best mid-tide with a wind from the East or South-East. It breaks on a sandy and rocky bottom, surfers go there at low tide, and experienced surfers go there at mid tide because this is a challenging spot to surf on the coast. The ideal swell range is between 3 and 5 feet. To the south and north of the spot at the rock, respectively, are relatively soft left and right sides. On the north and south ends, be cautious of the rocks.

  • Comfort is taken care of here to guarantee family fun: The rocks in the distance give it a wild feel, which is lovely.  The beach features a tiralo and opportunities for Handisurfing for those with limited mobility.  There are green spaces, play areas, and a lovely promenade nearby.  There are eateries and cafes with ocean views where you can get a drink.
